INDONESIAN RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange where goods:

  • Are returned back to us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Are sent back to us with all original tags and proof of purchase
  • Have not been used, washed,  ironed or damaged; and
  • Are accompanied with your return form (sent with your original order)

Please NOTE that the original shipping cost and return cost will not be reimbursed. It will be customer responsibility.

JOYKU will process refund within 48 hours after item received. It is strongly recommended to use track and trace option when item is sent to us. JOYKU is not liable for any lost packages by your carrier.

In case of exchange, JOYKU will process the new order within 3 days after returned item is received.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All our slings are personally inspected and checked to ensure that the sling will be delivered to you in perfect condition. Therefore, once the order is shipped it is consider to be FINAL SALE.

However, if in any case you do receive a damaged/defected sling, we will replace it with another sling of the same colour or any other available colours of your choice. Our address and phone number will be mentioned on the package.
Please note that any manufacturing defect must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving. Any complains arising after 5 days from the received date will not be considered.

It is strongly recommended to use track and trace option when item is sent to us. JOYKU is not liable for any missing incoming deliveries.

SALE ITEMS

Please be advised that items on sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return. We recommend choosing carefully when you proceed with your purchase.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from placing it on our website.

Please email us at [email protected] with ‘CANCELLATION of Order [Number]’ in the subject line. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your cancellation request via email.

Please note that once an order is cancelled it cannot be revived. You will need to place a new order if you still would like to go ahead with the purchase.  Joyku is not responsible for items that go out of stock in the interim.
