INDONESIAN SHIPPING

1-2 days working days processing time.  Orders are shipped via tracked JNI and J&T couriers. Standard delivery takes 1-4 days depending on where you are located. Overnight delivery takes 2 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

JOYKU offers FREE EXPRESS Shipping on all International orders over $90

For orders under $90, we offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping via POS Indonesia. Delivery time is 10-35 working days. It is reliable service with the tracking option. However, the tracking information doesn’t get updated in real time. Please be patient and contact us if your package doesn’t arrive after 35 working days and we will help you to trace it. You can check status of your parcel HERE
2. Express Shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 4-10 working days. This service is faster and tracking information is updated in real time so you can track your parcel all the way to your doorsteps. You can track your package HERE.
